So, life continues

What an amazing performance she gave and she is only 12 years old. I really enjoyed her performance. And she definitely deserves it. With that said, I'd like to move the content of this post toward me. I've been blogging but obviously as you can see not here. I should have posted here something, but I didn't want to. I, infact, wanted this blog to serve as my professional platform which it still is somewhat. But, as of now, I've changed my plans a little. Because this blog from the very beginning was meant to be a blog. I was meant to share and express my opinions outside of what mainstream contribution I'm making.

If I've been teaching English for two years in a local high school. I teach regular intermediate course (11th and 12th grade). It's fun, and exciting and at times extremely exhausting and boring. Students somehow are constricted in their approach toward learning new things. Which is a bad thing in my opinion. I don't know why they feel like that. But they do. Rote is still the popular scheme of things. As for my life other than teaching, it's going okay. I've to give a few tests so that I could apply for further studies. And cause a much needed change in my life.

I did apply for a university job. Gave a so so interview so that means the chances are hard to come by my way. I'm happy, because it is a hard time I'm going through. Generally, 'hard' because I should be teaching in a university but I'm teaching in a college, which is basically a high school at the moment which isn't fulfilling. I'm grateful but I must move forward.

I love listening to thesixtyone as usual. And I love reading online, I started several courses on Coursera, I generally see videos on it. But I'm focusing on my present social skills. I like playing duolingo, and hey! If you want to play chess with me, send me a message :) I'll do that. That's it for today. I had switched to tumblr for a while. And I'm sorry for not writing here for a long long time. I'll try to be regular from now on. Bye :) The fault lies with blogger, it has no official app in the AppStore now. So, basically I had zero ways of communicating with you guys/writing. I had to use my computer to do my work. And I don't do that, usually.
