EQUIVALENCE CERTIFICATES AND CONVERSION OF GRADES INTO MARKS

Candidates having foreign certificates/degrees should provide equivalence certificates and conversion of the grades into marks from HEC, Islamabad, for Bachelor level degrees and from Inter Board Committee for Matric and Intermediate level. Certificates/Degrees with GPA of local Universities/Institutions also required to be converted into marks from the concerned Universities/Institutions in Pakistan.

LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF ADMISSION FORMS

Admission Forms along with relevant documents (in triplicate) should reach the Admission Section of the University by 01-08-2009 during the office hours. No call up letter will be sent separately. Data of all applicants will be available on University website on 06-08-2009 to 09-08-2009. Please contact Admission Section, QAU to rectify the error/mistake in data, if any. Ph. # (051-90642043). (Applications for admission can also be submitted “ON LINE” through University Website (www.qau.edu.pk) where all relevant instructions are available). This option will be available from July 13,2009.

DISPLAYING OF MERIT LISTS AT UNIVERSITY CAMPUS & WEBSITE (www.qau.edu.pk)

First merit list will be displayed on 18-08-2009 at University campus as well as on the University Website
