Losing belly fat? Abs workout or walking?

So, what to choose. What do you think?

Answers.com says Abs workout is unneeded if you want to lose belly fat. What do you think?
Buzzle.com says the same, to lose belly fat jog, walk and cycle. What kind of experiment would you want to do?

My Tips:

  1. Mark your belly area with a marker. 
  2. Measure yourself with a inch tape.
  3. Exercise at least for 30 days, before expecting results.
  4. Diet: Eat veggies. Avoid oily products.
So, why are you going to lose belly fat? a few reasons to consider. Sleep is one of them.
